The outcome isn't.

Flagship Spotlight · H2QUA

A hydrogen-water device,
launched on ritual — not specs.

H2QUA
The Problem
Sold like a spec sheet.
H2QUA needed to launch as a premium hydrogen-water wellness device in a category where every competitor page reads like a spec sheet — same bullet points, same generic health claims, nothing that gives a shopper a reason to actually build a daily habit around the product.
What I Built
A ritual-first narrative.
Positioning and messaging built around ritual instead of specs. Full site structure and content architecture, with the homepage opening on “The Problem With Your Everyday Water Routine” before any feature appears. Product and pricing page structure, then handed off to a graphic designer for visual execution, built live on Shopify, with the motion and transition layer added after.
The Outcome
Live proof, not a mockup.
See it live — h2qua.com is the proof. H2QUA is one of the 8 D2C brands in my portfolio; across that full body of work, results have averaged 28% revenue growth and 3.5x ROAS.

The Hiring Decision

Why hire me.

Three things that separate this from a portfolio of promises.

01
Strategy first, not just execution.
Brand strategy is the foundation everything else stands on. Most people hire for the visual polish; the actual value is in the positioning decisions underneath it.
02
8 real, live brands — not case study mockups.
Every project on this site is a real, currently-running business you can click into and check for yourself. No fictional case studies, no student concepts, no polished pretends.
03
AI-augmented, human judgment.
I use AI tools to move faster on research and drafting, but the strategic calls — positioning, narrative, category framing — are still made by hand, not generated.
What I Do

One practice.
Two supporting acts.

Primary Practice
Brand Strategy
The foundation everything else stands on. Market research, category positioning, brand voice, messaging architecture — the work that decides whether customers pick you before they've even compared prices.

02
Creative Direction
Visual identity, art direction, and tone — turned into presence across every touchpoint.
03
Content Structuring
Site architecture, messaging systems and customer journeys built to convert.
How I Work

A five-step system,
not a checklist.

01
Research & Insight
Market research, target audience, and competitive landscape — the ground truth before any positioning is written.
02
Positioning & Voice
Brand purpose, positioning, and voice & messaging — the decisions that make a brand recognisable in one sentence.
03
Creative Direction
Visual identity, tone, moodboards and naming — the felt sense of the brand across every touchpoint.
04
Content Structuring
Site architecture, messaging systems and customer journeys — turning strategy into pages people actually read and act on.
05
360° Execution & Measurement
Channels, KPIs, iterate — the layer where positioning meets performance and gets sharpened by real data.
The Toolkit

AI-augmented, human-led.

The tools I lean on — and how I use them.
